TDA’s facilities meet environmental laws and regulations of federal, Colorado and local governments.

TDA is fully compliant with U.S. export control regulations and has an approved Technology Control Plan (TCP) for handling export-controlled items.

At TDA safety is a key to our success. A professional safety review panel approves and develops standard operating procedures for new experimental equipment and designs.
